Browse and submit a GenPPT presentation
Learn how to explore the presentation gallery, check download access and submit your own completed work for review.
1. Explore the gallery
The gallery shows approved presentations, with featured and community sections. Open a cover to view the presentation. When tags are available, choose one to narrow the list or return to all tags. Use Load More when it appears. Titles and slide content keep their creators’ original language.
2. Review the complete presentation
Check more than the cover: follow the slide order, inspect text density, charts and sources, and review any visible speaker notes or AI conversation. Treat the presentation as a reference for your own task. A public preview does not by itself establish permission to reuse someone else’s material.
3. Check download access
Browsing a public entry does not require signing in. Exporting requires a signed-in account with download access. Review the account conditions shown when you choose a download. Open the exported file and check layout, fonts and images. Image-mode slides are whole-slide images; their text is not individually editable in PowerPoint.
4. Prepare your own submission
Finish a presentation in your own GenPPT workspace and review it. Open the More menu and choose Submit. Read the confirmation dialog before sending. An incomplete workspace cannot be submitted; an existing pending or approved submission cannot be submitted again.
Understand the review status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The submission is awaiting review and is not yet a public gallery entry. |
| Approved | The approved entry can be viewed publicly. A featured placement is a separate editorial choice. |
| Rejected | Review the feedback, improve the presentation and use the resubmit option when available. |
How credit rewards work
The current review process allows a reviewer to select a reward from 200–400 credits for an approved submission. There are no fixed “standard / high / outstanding” tiers. Sending a submission does not grant credits immediately. Check your account’s credit record after approval; do not resubmit the same work to try to receive the reward again.
If something does not work
If a filter returns no presentations, return to all tags. If an entry no longer opens, it may no longer be publicly available. If download access is requested, check your sign-in state and account entitlement. For a missing reward, keep the approved entry and contact support with its public link.
